This insight informed our design and helped us understand what areas needed to be highlighted in order for them to achieve the best results.

The Brief

The Fast Medical team was very open to ideas and fully trusted us with the design of their website. Their requirements were to come across as a professional, established, and modern business, how we delivered this was up to us.

The Solution

Working closely with the team, we were able to educate ourselves on the industry as well as the business itself. This helped us develop a mature and informative tone of voice for the brand that spoke with paternal guidance, without appearing patronising. We worked closely with the team to learn about what they wanted, what needs the website needed to fulfill, and how they saw the brand growing.

As Fast Medical was such a new business, there was a lot of flexibility with the brand, including the choice of colours, visuals and design style. By choosing colours that were already associated with the medical sector, we helped the brand appear established in the sector. We made a strategic choice to feature a darker colour palette in order to help the brand stand out among others that focused on a lighter old-dated design.

The aesthetic decisions we implemented on the website served as a baseline for the visual identity of the brand across social media. We used elements of the design to create platform-appropriate visuals for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn that were used to promote the brand and the team, as well as available roles.
