Enferm’s goal was to stand out in the cluttered medical recruitment industry. They wanted a bold brand that would support their vision of revolutionising the industry with the help of technology. Additionally, with an app launch in the works, enferm wanted a website tailored to the SaaS industry.

Our work started with a total rebrand, including the brand colours, logo, and visuals. We then created a prototype and redesigned enferm’s website.


enferm’s ethos is to treat each candidate with care and respect and offer the highest levels of support. The placements they offer allow candidates to balance work and personal life in the otherwise intense medical industry. 

Throughout the rebrand, we highlighted enferm’s social-first approach with bespoke illustrations showing the humans behind the uniform. The graphics formed a visual language for the brand that is consistent throughout their website and social media channels.

Custom Illustrations and Design

As part of the re-branding effort, we created custom illustrations as seen in the images on their website. These were to highlight the concept of “the people behind the uniform”, a key focus of the rebrand.


Both for the website and their marketing, we made sure that the copywriting stayed on brand and that it engaged their customer base.

CRM Management & Integration

We set up and connected their new CRM to their website. We worked on defining the CRM’s marketing architecture, set up automations and notifications, and launched email campaigns.

Responsive Design

Like all of our projects, we made sure that the website looked just as good on mobile and iPad as it did on desktop. Utilising the best UX practices.
